Dear Sir or Madam,

       I’m glad to hear that you will come to Peking University next week for a visit. I’m the chairman of Student Union and I extend my warmest welcome for your coming on behalf of our school. It is a great honor for me to give you some words of suggestion for your stay in China.

       So far as the accommodation is concerned, you will be arranged in the International Exchange Center in our university. I believe you will fell quite at home there, but if you have any problem, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Logistics Department.

What’s more, if you want to know more about Chinese education system, you can attend some seminars held by our school on the comparison between Chinese and Western education system.
