近幾天，摩托羅拉移動(dòng)在北京的裁員方案引發(fā)被裁員工集體抗議，要求就賠償金額等問(wèn)題與公司進(jìn)行對(duì)等協(xié)商。到本周二中午，摩托羅拉北京分公司就賠償方案做出新的調(diào)整后，大部分員工均已簽署離職協(xié)議。

Most of the laid-off employees of Motorola Mobility's Beijing branch agreed to sign labor termination agreements before a Tuesday deadline after the company agreed to boost their compensation, the company's China PR manager said.

摩托羅拉中國(guó)區(qū)公關(guān)經(jīng)理表示，該公司同意提高賠償金額之后，北京分公司的大部分被裁員工都已在周二的最后期限之前同意簽署勞動(dòng)合同終止協(xié)議。

Labor termination agreements就是“勞動(dòng)合同終止協(xié)議”，也可用employment termination agreement表示。被裁員工獲得的compensation（賠償）包括housing allowance（住房補(bǔ)貼）和cash remitted for untaken statutory annual leave（未休法定年假現(xiàn)金補(bǔ)償）。

此次摩托羅拉massive layoff（大規(guī)模裁員）在北京分公司就涉及700人。此前，員工對(duì)這種unilateral notice（單方面通知）的形式表示不滿，要求跟公司進(jìn)行consultation on an equal footing（對(duì)等協(xié)商）。
